		<description>Kelly – Fabulous! Really fabulous!

I enjoyed reading this series so much, it mirrors exactly my own view of the fitness/fat loss gig. It really does have to be part of a lifestyle or it’s almost certainly doomed to failure – at least for us mere mortals.

I had a similar approach in losing 15lbs earlier this year. I still ate cake, bacon sandwiches and chips but I did it as part of a balanced diet and I didn’t do it too often.

I’m very shortly going to continue my fitness/fat loss quest, and I’m going to blog about it to help keep me motivated and hopefully give hope to a few others who may come by to read.

LMAO at the Victoria and David thing in the comments.

		<description>Thanks for this Kelly.  Reading what you've said makes me realise that my expectations of how my body should be are unrealistic.  As you say - those people in magazines spend several hours a day working out and that is just sad.  I was just reading that Victoria Beckham only eats 900 calories a day.  I couldn't imagine doing that for the rest of my life either.  I'm going to use the photos etc that you recommend and try to be the best "me" not the body double of some mega star.

In first state, we feel incredibly depressed and with that we tend to either eat too much or too less, with second, we tend to get hyper and our body craves for the sugar and third is the callous state which feels indifferent to cravings thus lead us to starve to death.
